Master Deed Compliance

Residences at Main Vail is deed restricted employee housing owned by the Town of Vail. Occupancy is limited to Qualified Residents who meet the Town's employment and income requirements under the Type VI Employee Housing Deed Restriction recorded for the property.

To qualify, an applicant must be employed within Eagle County an average of at least 30 hours per week annually, and at least 75% of all household income must be earned from work within Eagle County. Ownership of improved residential real property in Eagle County disqualifies an applicant from eligibility.

The property is intended to serve as the qualified resident's primary residence. Leases and renewals are subject to annual recertification to confirm continued compliance with these requirements.
